Mohammadreza Javaheri, the CEO of the Housing Investment Group Company, stated: "In our management team, we have obligated various departments to utilize the products of knowledge-based companies in the construction process. If they are not using any equipment or technology from these companies, they need to explain why, whether due to economic reasons or technical issues."

During the first meeting of the Policy Council of the International Conference on Energy Optimization in Buildings and Related Industries, reported by the Public Relations of the Central Council of the Building Engineering System Organization, Javaheri mentioned that the outputs of this conference should be practically and pilotly utilized in the construction processes. He also noted, "Recently, we attended a gathering of knowledge-based companies where the most significant complaint was the lack of demand for their high-quality products."

He continued, "In our management, we have required various departments to use the products of knowledge-based companies in the construction process. If they are not using any particular equipment or technology, they need to explain their reasons, whether it's because the technology is not economically feasible or due to technical difficulties."

According to this official, "We must seriously consider and utilize the capabilities of the private sector in manufacturing equipment. Additionally, after using any domestic equipment or technology in the construction industry, we must report its use and explain the results achieved."
